**What you’ll do**:
The On-Boarding Analyst is responsible for liaising with internal customers when new subscribers are established. This includes ensuring that all information is available to set up a new subscriber and that all appropriate paperwork is signed and complies with the Privacy Act.

The role is also accountable for securely scanning and storing all documentation, accurately entering all relevant information into the appropriate systems and collating all relevant material on a new subscription prior to submission for approval

**What are we looking for?**
- 2 years+ experience in a similar Customer Service and/or administrative role
- Adept with learning new systems and processes
- Eye for detail
- Good communication skills
