Sushi Jiro Group is a fast growing sushi train restaurant and take away in Melbourne with multiple establishments.

Sushi Jiro Express Cranbourne is seeking experienced take away sushi shop staff who possess experience in take away food industry. This position is required to handle multi-task and may require to work in different locations.

Your duties as an minimum will include:

- welcome customers with Sushi Jiro standard operation procedures
- Salad making
- Sushi making
- consistent smile and customer oriented attitude
- following manager / supervisor instructions
- inventory control
- multi-tasking skills under busy environment
- willing to learn new things

Applications must possess:

- Eligible working rights/visa (Citizen / Permanent Residency preferred)
- Good knowledge in Japanese cuisine
- Good communication and multi-tasking skills.
- A team player with a can-do and collaborative attitude to work with other chefs in the group
- Other customer service experiences are advantageous
