**Who we are looking for**
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, and the incumbent will contribute by delivering services for our clients. This Officer position plays a key role within our mutual fund trading team. The role will be responsible for onboarding new clients and look after day-to-day operations for the team

**What you will be responsible for**
As a
**Trade Fund Order Services (Unit Dealing), Officer** you will
- Develop a deep understanding of existing mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes
- **Assist with client conversions/start-ups of new client relationship**s
- Work autonomously with confidence in a fast-moving, complex technical environment
- Build relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups
- Research and resolve inquiries for clients, trading partners, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Assist with client reporting and client projects
- Analyze internal processes and look to automate, reduce risk, and streamline workflows
- Have the monthly check ins with the team and effectively monitor their performance

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years' experience in financial services industry
