**Policy Writer - Quality Systems Framework**

Findstaff are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Policy Writer for a 6 month contract within our client’s organisation located in Mount Waverly, VIC.

**About the Company**:
Our client runs a consulting services business offering a broad spectrum of consulting services in Cyber Security, Business Management Systems, Technology Solutions and Occupational Hygiene Services that are tailored to businesses needs. Our client has been supporting organisations in the private and government sector for more than 20 years

**About the Role**:
Working as part of the Management Consulting team, this role reports to the Senior Quality Consultant. The Policy Writer focuses on activities surrounding the Quality Management System, Quality Assurance Framework - Employment Services and continuous improvement while acting as a resource and advisor to meet compliance and eliminate/reduce risk for the clients.

Responsibilities include.
- Conducting Gap Analysis in Policies and Procedures governing the Quality Assurance Framework - DESE
- Reviewing existing QA processes and practices and writing new policies and procedures in compliance to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and Quality Assurance Framework - Performance standards
- Implement QAF policies and procedures within each business units
- Auditing performance standards and championing continuous improvement

**About you**

The Policy Writer role is suited to an individual with previous experience leading Quality Management Systems and Standards within a diverse and evolving organisation, with the ability to coach, advise, develop and support all levels of staff regarding compliance requirements.

You will also have;
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, English, Literature or other similar fields
- Previous work experience as a Job Active/Workforce Australia coordinator or Risk and Compliance Officer in a Employment Services Provider
- A relevant qualification in Quality and Safety or a similar discipline (desirable)
- Previous experience in internal auditing, report writing and Risk Management
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A current driver’s licence
