We have a high demand for enthusiastic and dedicated Educators throughout our Cannon Hill service. Working casually for Edge Early Learning is a great way to get your foot through the door, whilst also working with various Educators allowing you to gain new ideas and different approaches.

**Are you our next Casual Edge Educator?**

Our Casual Educators play a very important role at our centres. No day is the same and you will find variety with each shift. You may cover lunches, programming, holidays/sick days (some on call work is required). Your main duties will be supervising and interacting with the children, setting up activities and ensuring each one of our families feel welcome at our centres. You will also be required to:

- Nurture, care and educate children from birth to 5 years of age.
- An ability to work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Documenting children's learning and development.
- Create a friendly, stimulating and interactive learning environment.
- Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance of the EYLF and NQS
- Ability to be available at short notice
- Available Monday to Friday

**Skills and experience**
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or actively studying an early childhood qualification
- Valid Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management (or willing to obtain)
- Mandatory Reporting Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Experience within Long Day Care
- Available between 6am to 6:30pm for shifts as required
