Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives? Pioneer, a disability support company based in Melbourne, VIC, is looking for caring and reliable Casual Support Workers to join our growing team

**About the Role**: As a Support Worker with Pioneer, you’ll provide essential assistance to individuals living with disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and live life to the fullest. Tasks may include personal care, cleaning, community access, household support, and companionship.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A genuine passion for helping others
- Flexibility to work across various shifts (including weekends and evenings)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English and Vietnamese required.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $31.76 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
