An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planner to join an established financial planning firm in Busselton. You will be taking over an existing book of premium clients with the support of a back office team. The firm is experiencing exponential growth and you will play a key part in supporting the business' growth.

Our client focuses on providing high levels of service to their clients. They pride themselves on the flexibility to accommodate for your lifestyle. This role will look after an existing book of clients with no sales and great bonuses. The team is a dynamic and highly motivated team to support and nurture your growth.

**The Role**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Manage an existing book of clients and grow the client base
- Provide advice across holistic advice for a mass affluent and retirement client base
- Provide quality advice for clients on complex decisions they need to make regarding their wealth
- Coach and collaborate with junior advisers in the team
- Work closely with staff for performance management, development and succession planning

**You Will Need**:

- Currently an Authorised Representative
- Experience providing holistic advice
- Open to moving to Busselton
- Strong client centric approach
