**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to a portfolio of busy corporate clients
- Build strong client relationships to understand their travel needs and preferences
- Work with supportive and passionate travel experts to produce solutions that constantly exceed the needs of their clients

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Enjoy working in a vibrant and passionate culture
- Genuine interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Strong fares and self-ticketing experience
- Extensive Sabre and Tramada knowledge
- Organised and accurate, with strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
