As the face of our brand, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and guidance to team members.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently upheld, creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts to meet customer demand.
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
