**About the role**
- Assist and support our Fairfield Cashies team in the daily operations of the Retail, Personal Finance, Buys & Loans and/or Online Departments

**About you**
- MUST have EXPERIENCE in similar environments - Retail, Personal Finance, Pawnbroking, &/or Online Sales Operations
- Friendly and welcoming, and able to understand our customer’s needs
- Strong work ethics - Punctual, Professional, Honest
- Coachable & Quick learner
- Internet and Tech-Savvy
- Have a passion or interest in Technology, Gaming, Financial Services, Jewellery, Lux items, Collectables, Power Tools etc.
- Knowledge of another language is an advantage but not necessary (Arabic, Assyrian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian)
- Available to work primarily on WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS
