Access & Inclusion Teacher Middle School

We are seeking a dedicated teacher who is passionate about supporting and engaging students to achieve the best learning outcomes possible. This Access & Inclusion teaching role will collaboratively work with classroom teachers and learning assistants in the Middle School to support diverse learning needs through mentoring and coaching.
The successful applicant will have proven experience and/or knowledge in the following areas:
- Demonstrate a range of pedagogical practices that enhance the learning experiences of diverse learners.
- Proven ability in developing and delivering engaging and empowering learning programs which are inclusive and responsive to student needs.
- Show evidence of relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experiences related to Diverse Access & Inclusion, and be a fully qualified teacher, registered to teach or eligible to be registered to teach, within the State of Tasmania.
- Proven ability in developing and delivering engaging and empowering learning programs which are inclusive and responsive to student needs.
This role is a fixed-term, full-time role for one year, whilst a staff member is on extended leave, commencing on 1 January 2025.
