**Key Responsibilities**:

- Logging tickets and fulfilling service requests using Service Now and creating new workflows to efficiently resolve issues such as user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Level 1 and 2 support.
- Level 3 support interacting with vendors such as AC3 and escalating any high-impact issues.
- Create user accounts and shared mailboxes using Active Directory.
- Configure guest Wi-Fi using Cisco Meraki.
- Resolve issues dealing with Global Protect VPN.
- Resolve issues dealing with Microsoft CRM.
- Assign and manage licenses using Microsoft Office 365 admin center.
- Use PowerShell scripts for assigning licenses to new staff.
- Resolve issues with Microsoft PowerApps.
- Setup and configure new laptops using Acronis True Image.
- Encrypt laptops using Bit locker and assisting with recovery keys.
- Assist with staff working from home.
- Azure portal licensing and Office 364 Admin management.
- In-depth admin knowledge with Microsoft Teams.
- Solve issues with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook.
- Outlook shared mailbox issues and rules.
- Solving and escalating networks issues to vendor AC3.
- Windows Virtual Desktop support.
- Resolve issues with Prowise interactive boards.
- Solve HP follow me printing issues.
- Deal with 3rd party suppliers such as Hewlett Packard and Toshiba.
- Assist new users with desk setup such as port replicators, monitor setup etc.
- Using Microsoft Teams for remote support due to staff working from home.
- Deploy and manage software using Manage Engine.
