We’re a locally owned and operated civil and plant hire company in Queensland, known for our reliability, hands-on approach, and commitment to quality. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and dependable **Tipper Driver (HR Licence)** to join our close-knit team.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Tipper Driver to support a variety of civil and earthmoving projects. This role involves transporting materials to and from worksites, working closely with machine operators, and contributing to a positive team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate tipper trucks safely and efficiently
- Transport materials to and from job sites as required
- Work closely with the site team to support civil works and project goals
- Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Current HR Licence (Heavy Rigid) - essential
- Previous experience driving tipper trucks in a civil or construction setting
- A strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative when needed
