**About the role**

We have multiple casual opportunities for Education Support Officers (ESO) with current industry knowledge and experience in Aged Care, Community Services and / or Disability with location negotiable across our Upper Hunter region (Maitland, Cessnock, Singleton and Muswellbrook).

Working within a team of industry professionals, the ESO is supervised by the Head Teacher and is responsible for a range of activities which support learners and enhances the student learning experience.

**_ Note_**_: This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment_.

**About You**

We are looking for motivated and engaged individuals who have the ability to meet the following Selection Criteria:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Services or Disability (minimum)
- Demonstrated experience in relevant Industry (two years plus, gained in the last five years)
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining technical currency
- Ability to understand relevant learning materials and assessment processes
- Commitment and ability to support and motivate students in an adult learning environment
- Skills in the use of relevant information and communication technologies, including MS Office suite (advanced level desirable)
