**Description**:
Key Accountabilities
The Yardperson is responsible for maintaining & cleaning the assets of the Branch. They are responsible for ensuring the yard is clean and tidy and following correct safe operating procedures and practices.
- Maintain the cleanliness of equipment;
- Inspect assets upon return from the customer
- Carry out maintenance and minor repairs on portable buildings in a timely manner;
- Assist in maintaining effective stock control of assets;
- Foster relationships with key suppliers and contractors;
- Assisting in loading and unloading of equipment;
- Undertake general housekeeping and yard duties.

Skills and Experience
- Forklift licence (essential)
- EWP licence (desirable)
- Good communication skills
- Current driver's licence and white card (essential)
- Experience in loading and unloading of equipment (desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated with a positive attitude towards workplace safety
- Sound knowledge in use of power tools
- General carpentry knowledge (desirable)
