**Your mission?**:

- TechOps handles a broad spectrum of infrastructure tasks on Bare Metal servers as well as AWS. Tasks that require planning / estimation as well as coordination around Maintenance windows with customers or project teams and sometimes determining certain specs.
- Your daily tasks will consist of assessment and estimation of work time for a variety of Support activities and tasks.
- As a Coordinator, you are expected to be experienced with infrastructure tasks and have ability to manage tasks and communication in and between teams. You will work closely with all Site Reliability Engineers and the Team lead of TechOps.
- You will be also in charge of upgrade and patch planning.

**You will be in charge of**:

- Assess and Estimate work time to complete Upgrades and Copy Partition Requests
- Assess and Estimate work time to complete AWS migrations
- Flag non-standard upgrades / migrations (e.g. Interceptors for ERP integration)
- Plan Upgrades and Partition Requests based on requested time / date, availability of SRE’s and estimated work time
- Assess Upgrades booked through Platform Manager
- Solicit SRE’s for volunteers for weekend assignments if the requests warrant it
- Distribute other tasks (Cluster Requests, Integration Setup, DB Maintenance etc.) based on overall team workload
- Help draft and maintain worklogs and checklists (e.g. customer checklists for upgrades)

**What should you have to succeed?**:

- Good English
- Good knowledge of Linux and SQL
- Sense / feeling of project management
- Have a hobby of playing with computers and reads literature in this field
- Have some experience with scripting / Programming
- Proactive, communicative, networker, curious.

- Prague, Ostrava, Hradec Králové, Brno - or any other location in Czechia with good internet
