**Job Overview**:
Cup and Co is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe/Restaurant Manager to lead our team and elevate the overall customer experience. As the Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our establishment, with a focus on scheduling, training, achieving sales goals, ordering, and coordination with the business management team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Scheduling**: Develop and maintain efficient schedules for staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours, adjusting as needed to meet business demands.

**Training**: Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and adhere to Cup and Co's policies and procedures.

**Sales Goals**: Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Ordering**: Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained. Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.

**Coordination with Business Management Team**: Collaborate with the Cup and Co business management team to implement company strategies, policies, and initiatives. Provide regular updates on the cafe/restaurant's performance.

**Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure the cafe/restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.

**Staff Development**: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Identify and address staff training needs, conduct performance reviews, and promote professional growth within the team.

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
