**MOMENTUM CONSULTING - LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST - PERMANENT**

The purpose of this position is to develop and implement the end-to-end Learning & Development plans for Supervisors and shop floor employees within the Manufacturing Division. Utilising the EMS Talent and Culture Framework to drive a learning and development culture, employee engagement, communication, and reward & recognition. Be responsible for the administration and compliance of all Manufacturing training.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Implement the Policy on EHS Requirements for all operations applicable to their function.
- Implement the EHS Policy and requirements as applicable to the function.
- Report incidents, near miss and/or hazards by using the report forms as appropriate.
- Any serious near miss, hazard, injury is to be immediately reported to more senior management and the Environment or Health and Safety Manager.
- Ensure business relationships reflect the basic principles of Shared Values, i.e., integrity, respect for individuals, responsiveness to quality, teamwork, empowerment, and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal documents and safety and ethical standards, obtaining legal compliance training.
- To ensure we treat all employees fairly, according to their skills, education, qualifications, experience, abilities and aptitudes, without discrimination so that decisions are based on merit and equal opportunity for all.
- Employees at every level are responsible for quality (GMP) and regulatory performance in the department to ensure quality program is met.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal documents, safety, and ethical standards, obtaining legal and/or corporate compliance training as required.
- Follow and comply with all Baxter's Policies and Procedures.
**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:
- Exceptional organisational ability and able to coordinate multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates initiative with a can-do attitude.
- Solid presentation and group facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence partners and key stakeholder groups.
- Strong PC skills and understanding of Outlook and MS Office.
- Diploma in etc. Training qualification and/or 2 years Learning & Development experience.
- Experience in an aseptic compounding or manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of adult learning concepts.
- Knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma/EMS.
- Able to use BaxU and TCu - desirable
