Kiosk Manager

**Job Title**: Kiosk Manager

**Location**: Thebarton, Adelaide.

**Job Type**: This is a casual position, but after a probationary period, there is potential for it to transition into part-time or full-time work

**Salary**: AERA (MA000080) Between $35.00 to $40.00 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and coordinate kiosk staff, including working with the HR manage to hire, train, and schedule. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure exceptional service standards at all times. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Oversee operations of the kiosks, including inventory management, orders, and equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Sales Management**: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Event Coordination**: Collaborate with event managers and other departments to ensure kiosk operations align with event schedules and requirements.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on kiosk performance, including sales figures, staff performance, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on creating a positive experience for guests.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with square point-of-sale (POS).
