Café Supervisor

Sonny's is a friendly neighbourhood cafe located in Murarrie. Focussing on high quality specialty coffee, toasties, fresh pastries and exceptional customer service. We've recently updated our look and are looking for a high energy, outgoing person to lead our team

We're looking for someone who has the following qualities.
- High energy, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Minimum 1 year supervisor / management experience
- Specialty coffee experience essential

Role responsibilities include:

- Training and supervising staff
- Monitor stock levels and place orders
- Ensuring all food and beveragesserved are of high quality and meet the company standards
- Creating a fun, friendly and hardworking culture amongst the team
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guidelines - staff following correct food safety and cleaning protocol and correct WHS protocol
- Handle any customer complaints, issues or feedback and respond appropriately
- Maintain high level of customer service, setting expectations for all staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $33.00 - $47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
