**Night Shift Packers - Multiple Positions Available | Casual**
We are currently seeking **Night Shift Packers** to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a hands-on role in a food manufacturing environment where accuracy, speed, and care are essential.
**Shift Options (4 hours per shift)**:
- 7:45 PM - 11:45 PM
- 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM
**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately pick and pack bakery products as per customer orders
- Ensure 100% completion and accuracy of allocated customer orders per shift
- Liaise effectively with production and logistics teams to meet daily targets
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Handle and pack products with care while maintaining time efficiency
- Organise product placement as per packing format for easy workflow
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all bread/pastry products
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene in the warehouse/packing area
- Carry out general warehouse duties, ensuring a clean and safe food manufacturing environment
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- VCE/HSC or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
- Own reliable transport (limited public transport options in some locations)
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards preferred
