**About the role**:
To support our critical project portfolio, Powerlink Queensland is looking for a dynamic and proven Team Leader to lead a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.

This is a long term temporary career opportunity, initially up to 12 months with possible extension, to establish yourself as a team leader projects in the successful planning and delivery of our high voltage infrastructure projects.

**About you**:
Your experience and success:

- You have lead successful teams ideally in the end-to-end delivery of complex engineering projects, on time and budget
- You have managed customers and stakeholders upstream and downstream to deliver business critical project and commercial outcomes.
- You have built a high
- performing, project delivery team in a matrix organisation as a collaborative, supportive and engaging team leader, focussed on achieving results.
- You are able to achieve a balance between technical and commercial outcomes, delivering complex projects using earned value (EV) and fully resourced schedules in Microsoft Projects.

Qualifications:

- Ideally you will have Tertiary level qualifications in Engineering or Project Management supported by demonstrated leadership experience in program or project delivery
