**Arcare **are looking for a **Marketing Coordinator **with a passion for learning a broad range of marketing skills whilst value-adding to our existing team. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for strengthening and growing Arcare’s brand and first point of contact exposure.

**Day to Day**
- Create and deliver innovative programs that link the clients in our aged care residences with local community groups and businesses;
- Ensure Arcare stories appear in local press, state/ national press, TV, radio, online and in industry journals regularly;
- Work with the Content Specialist in the writing and development of content and video that meets the standards of the organisation (values and brand) and its SEO, PR and promotional objectives;
- Assist Property in the objectives for new mobilisations;
- Ensure that all online and offline touchpoints for your residences are consistent and comply with our branding and positioning;
- Facilitate the collection of stories from Arcare’s aged care residences and ensure that they are suitable for publishing online and in print as a vehicle to promote our values and brand;
- Execute national brand marketing initiatives at each residence as required;
- Liaise with agencies and other third parties as necessary.
- Driver’s licence and a car with KMs reimbursement
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a wide range of people
- Current police Check and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged Care
- Advanced skills in Canva, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Able to write press releases and social posts
- Photo and video editing
- Marketing, communications, community development, business development or journalism degree
- Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills
- The ability to work independently with minimum supervision
