**FOH/Barista (Part-Time) - Scripted Cafe | Carina, QLD**

**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a versatile team member who can:

- Craft excellent coffee with strong **barista skills**:

- Prepare fresh **sandwiches and toasties, as well as milkshakes, cold brews and teas**:

- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Assist in daily café operations including cleaning, stock replenishment, and maintaining presentation standards
- Work in a small, dynamic team where flexibility and a positive attitude are key

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **1 year of café/hospitality experience** (Barista experience essential)
- Fast learner who can **work independently and under pressure**:

- Strong **attention to detail** and pride in delivering quality products
- Team player with a proactive, can-do mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be available for **part-time shifts** (including weekends)
