**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Support consumers with medication prompting
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in consumers' health or behaviour
- Collaborate with family members and Care Managers to ensure comprehensive care

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, or
- Relevant certification in care work (e.g. Certificate III in Aged Care)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a caring nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
