We’re on the lookout for **dependable and motivated cleaners** to join our expanding team Be part of a crew that delivers **top-quality cleaning services** to fitness centres in the Avalon area.

This is an **ongoing role** with **night shifts starting after 9 PM**, **Monday to Friday + weekends**, offering **$32 per hour**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely handle and mix cleaning chemicals
- Complete cleaning tasks in line with detailed checklists
- Prepare accurate end-of-shift reports
- Communicate clearly and professionally with the internal team
- Use cleaning software and reporting systems as required
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients
- Conduct stock checks and place supply orders when needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Essential**: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- **Essential**: Comfortable using technology and cleaning software
- High attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning role
- Reliable and available Monday to Saturday on an ongoing basis
- Physical ability to lift up to 15kg
- Own reliable transport
- Current work rights in Australia
- Able to pass a National Police Check
