**What You Will Be Working On**

Your role combines beauty expertise with exceptional customer service. You will:

- Conduct detailed hair health consultations, matching customers with their perfect products
- Share your growing product knowledge to help customers achieve their hair and beauty goals, creating personalized shopping experiences based on each client's unique needs
- Build lasting relationships through expert advice and genuine care

- Support the salon team as required to deliver outstanding customer service

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes hair and beauty and loves learning about new products and sharing that knowledge. Previous retail or beauty industry experience is valuable but not essential - your passion for beauty and eagerness to learn are what matter most.
