**About the organisation**:
We are a well-established NFP provider of Aged Care Services. We are looking for a strong well balanced Home Care Worker with experience/qualifications in a Community setting.

**About the Role**
As a Home Care Worker you will provide care and support services of the highest quality in accordance with the individual needs and desires of each older person, so enabling them to continue living independently at home.

We are looking for proactive, and empathetic individuals to carry out the following tasks;
- Provide clients with personal care support including, medication, showering, toileting and feeding assistance
- Support with domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Provide social support with transportation for your clients to appointments and for shopping and leisure outings
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with clients and their families
- You will adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our clients safe

**About You**
- You are compassionate and want to make a difference to the lives of others.
- You are comfortable with domestic duties, and providing personal care when needed
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic, resilient and caring, you are able to start immediately and have an unrestricted driver's license, and own a vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

**Essential Criteria**
- Certificate III in Home and Community Care or similar
- Minimum 12 months experience in similar setting.
- Current driver's license and registered vehicle.
- COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of employment
- Current NDIS Disability Workers Screening Clearance

All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate
