**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Trainee Parts Salesperson** to join our team and work primarily from our **Warwick Farm Dealership**. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and Accessories enquiries
- Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts.
- Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts.
- Producing quotes for Panel Shops and Mechanical Workshops
- Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
- Assist with stock checking and order processing
- Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure
