Miami Bakehouse’s production bakery operates across 7 days a week with different shifts times across each day.
Our Bakery Assistants are rostered between 20-35 hours per week on a rotating roster. Shift times are usually 10am - 6pm or 2pm until 11:30pm. Applicants should have full availability during these times.

Make no mistake, these roles are not for the faint hearted. The role requires you to move fast and have good energy, strength and fitness. You will work alongside our qualified Bakers and Pastrycooks, handcrafting our range of award-winning bread, savouries and sweet treats.

Previous experience in food preparation and food safety is highly regarded, although we are happy to train someone who is efficient, organised and willing to learn.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Availability to work a range of days across Monday-Sunday inc w/e, school and p/hols.
- The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- An energetic and positive work ethic
- Physical fitness - some heavy lifting is required
- Previous bakery experience preferred, but not essential. Full training is provided.

Miami Bakehouse is a family-owned award-winning business, baking fresh products daily at our production bakery in Mandurah. With 25 years of success and 950+ baking awards to date, we are famous for our exciting products and quality. We are searching for mature and reliable team members to join our production team in our Mandurah bakery.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
