Nude Lucy Area Manager - Perth, WA
**The Role & Responsibilities**:
Nude Lucy is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee all of our Perth, WA stores. Current portfolio is 5 stores with potential to grow.
Based in Perth, we are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee our WA based stores and lead our retail teams in growing an established brand and business.
Work closely with your Head of Retail by supporting your team to drive sales and KPIs in your region and work to develop future leaders.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Lead by example to set management expectations across your Teams
- Manage in-store Employee Relations such as grievances and performance management
- Train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
- Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
- Produce and analyse required financial reports - i.e. Payroll reports, P&L, Sales reports
- Wages - Roster Management and Payroll approval
- Manage Teams (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage, inventory management
- Recruitment - Hiring/ On boarding/ Training new Team Members
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
- Demonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy, and fit for work
- Ensure that all tasks are completed by Team Members are in a safe manner in accordance with Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team Member

**To be successful you will have the following**:

- Experience in multi-site retail management with a portfolio of 5-10 stores
- Strong fashion retail experience, be immaculately presented, and live and breathe the Nude Lucy brand ethos
- A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed
- The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI’s
- A sound operational & strategical skill set and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
- Experience with effectively managing a roster & wage control
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with Support Office departments
- Self motivated and inspiring. Able to drive and motivate teams daily across the region
- Agility and flexibility - as we know each day is different and throws different challenges your way
- Car - transport as you will be required to visit all Nude Lucy stores across Perth
