**The Opportunity**
This is a key leadership role, responsible for effectively developing and executing a site Asset Care Strategy through the implementation of best practice reliability engineering capability and systems.

**The Accountabilities**:

- Actively manage mechanical and electrical resources efficiently and prioritise planned jobs (PM’s and CM’s).
- Ensures the SAP Assets are always up to date, including structure, equipment, preventative maintenance, and bill of materials.
- Drive GMP awareness and compliance in alignment with quality standards during maintenance activities.
- Schedule and complete planned preventative maintenance in conjunction with the broader site.
- Work with relevant MMs/TLs/Shift Managers to plan work for their lines - Including weekly planning meetings.

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
- Electrical background and knowledge preferred
- Experience in leading a multi-discipline maintenance team
- Extensive experience in maintenance activities
- Experience in Safe Work Practices
- Experience in SAP functions
- Experience in Continuous Improvement
