Are you a compassionate and reliable support worker who genuinely cares about helping others thrive? We’re looking for a **female support worker** to provide one-on-one support to a young NDIS participant living with Autism in Merriwa, and surrounding suburbs in Perth. WA.

This role focuses on building social confidence, supporting emotional regulation, and encouraging real-life skill development through engaging, community-based activities.

**About the Role**

As a support worker with Breezy Care, you’ll work closely with a young participant and their family to support them in:

- Accessing the community and participating in local activities
- Practicing communication and social interaction
- Managing anxiety in public environments
- Building confidence with transport and independent movement
- Exploring interests like study, career pathways, or hobbies

**What We’re Looking For**
- A genuine, person-centred approach to support
- Experience working with individuals with Autism or neurodiverse backgrounds
- Strong communication and emotional support skills
- Flexible availability across weekdays (some Saturday availability preferred)
- Respectful, culturally sensitive, and professional manner

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (WA)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination (as per WA Health guidance)

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
