**Miami Aquatic Centre are looking for a professional PT & Gym Floor Champion to join our Miami Training Zone This is a great opportunity to establish and grow your career in fitness whilst helping us develop our membership base and maintain our unique culture**

**About The Role**:
**A day in the life of**:

- Finding and generating your own business leads
- Generating and maintaining your own client base
- Providing instruction in a variety of fitness activities
- Coaching members to become successful in their health and fitness goals.
- Networking with local communities
- Maintaining the Training Zone area
- Generating new business by expanding brand awareness
- Following up leads and generating referral sales
- Achieving weekly sales targets
- Ensuring member retention
- Having a great time while getting the job done

**Key skills you need to succeed**:
The right culture fit for our company and people is the most important attribute, along with the following skills:

- Previous personal training experience
- Prior sales and reception experience
- Great at time management
- Experienced in working within a team & autonomously
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Understanding of the commercial nature of the business

**The qualifications required**:

- Certificate III or IV in Fitness and registration with Fitness Australia (PT)
- Current Paid Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Current First Aid & CPR
