Specialised OSHC Service searching for magical unicorns to sprinkle their wisdom and knowledge upon all in our care.

Are you passionate about working in the Early Years sector, yet exhausted from the day to day pressures of your traditional ECEC or OSHC service? - Minimum Diploma Children's Services (working toward would be considered), or ACECQA equivalent.

- Strong team and professional ethics.
- An understanding of the issues that affect children and their families.
- Strong and respectful communication skills, to be able to lead.
- Strong interpersonal skills - being able to build relationship with parents and community members
- Willingness to be flexible, responsive, and accommodating in meeting the needs of children and families.
- Availability to work on site during term time and Vacation Care;
- Experience working in a team
- LOVE a challenge;
- Thrive on working outside of the box;

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time

**Salary**: $28.00 - $36.46 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
