Aurec Pty Ltd has an exciting new opportunity for an outstanding Testing Specialist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and execute software testing strategies and procedures to ensure test activities are completed in line with activity expectations
- Perform functional performance, scalability, and other testing across all relevant test environments
- Identify, produces and maintain test plans, test scripts and other documentation relevant to testing processes and procedures
- Contribute to process improvements within the development team to ensure efficiency and consistency through the software development lifecycle
- Responsible for conducting both formal and informal end-to-end system integration testing, system validation, and defect investigation.
- Effectively co-ordinating with business process owners to plan and execute testing including defect management and escalation of key risks and issues.
- Comfortable troubleshooting issues and be the first point of contact for business to replicate production defects
- Ensuring appropriate cadence and reporting of test results
- Work closely with project team in resolving defects & issues.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Prior experience in a software tester role
- Knowledge of various automated and manual testing tools
- Ability to conduct testing across different devices
- Good understanding and working knowledge of programming and scripting languages suitable for automation

**Salary**: $65,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation
