**The Centre**
This is an exceptional centre in the Western Suburbs that has three sister centre across Adelaide that have achieved an exceeding rating. The established centre director believes what makes a centre is the staff and therefore they are looking to grow an excellent team culture where educators are made to feel part of the team. The centre is located in a leafy suburb with a large outdoor area. The Centre boasts some beautiful resources, plenty of space and lots of natural light. There is a large focus on the whole journey the child makes rather than the product.

**The Opportunity**
In this full time, permanent role, you'll be working alongside experienced educators and an experienced Room Leader. With this being a new centre there is also an opportunity to progress to room lead down the track. Additionally, the Director promotes regular professional development as well as offering excellent, above award rates of pay. This Centre invites and encourages new, innovative ideas and often trials new methods and systems before others.

This role is in the Preschool room.

**The Ideal Educator**
- Hold an ACECQA-approved Cert III or Diploma qualification in ECEC
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training
