**Eligibility**

**Division Responsibilities**
The Regulatory Practice and Support Division provides operational regulatory policy advice
and specific support services to the Therapeutic Goods Administration and the Office of
Drug Control which ensure efficient, best practice regulatory operations.
**Branch Responsibilities**
The Regulatory Engagement Branch provides a range of policy advice, communication and
support services for the Therapeutic Goods Administration and the Office of Drug Control,
including regulatory guidance and education materials, planning and performance
reporting, parliamentary processes, media responses, external events and webinar program,
library services, the scheduling relating to the Poisons Standard, and committee support.
The Branch is also responsible for managing TGA and ODC websites, social media,
stakeholder engagement with international regulators and the provision of a dedicated
enquiries help desk for the TGA.
**Section Responsibilities**
The Web Experience Section is responsible for the all-round experience of the 12.7 million
people that visit the Therapeutic Goods Administration and the Office of Drug Control
websites each year. The Section proactively manages the user experience, analytics, the
content lifecycle, and the continuous improvements in technical functionality to meet
business requirements. Working closely with the Transformation Program, the Section
informs the web experience across external sites and systems to ensure consistency, trust,
authority, and currency of information.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the continuous improvement of content and publishing processes to
support the content lifecycle.
- Support content projects, including keyword planning, content mapping,
accessibility, content design and co-writing.
- Contribute to the implementation of the TGA and ODC Website Redevelopment
Projects, including content integration with the future transactional portal (under
development).
- Build relationships with key business areas and provide advice on best practice web
experience. Use analytics and feedback to inform content improvements for the TGA
and ODC websites.
- Work with the Web Content Community of Practice to continually improve web
content development capability across TGA and ODC business areas.
- Support team process improvement projects.***
