Chiropractic Assistant

Are you looking for a flexible, people-focused role in a modern health practice?We’re a young, growing chiropractic clinic in Perth’s northern suburbs and we’re on the lookout for our first casual receptionist to join our team.
- **About the role**:_
- Casual role ~10-15hours per week
- Be available for afternoon shifts between 1pm - 6pm
- Ability to work Saturday mornings
- Paid onboarding & training provided
- Hours may grow as our practice continues to expand
- **Tasks will include**:_
- Being the face of our clinic - greeting clients with warmth & professionalism
- Managing booking, scheduling and maintaining a smooth flow in the office
- Processing payments and general reception duties
- Assisting with social media (Instagram) and light admin tasks
- Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills (must love interacting with people)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Interest in health & wellness
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite & Instagram
- Ability to follow systems and processes
- Customer service experience preferred but not necessary

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
