**ABOUT YOU**:

- You must possess empathy and compassion and take pleasure in improving people's lives.
- You are proactive in your approach and always strive to exceed participants expectations.
- You exhibit professional communication skills and maintain appropriate boundaries.
- You must be able to drive a motor vehicle, use a computer and mobile devices.
- Ability to work in a team setting and independently.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience with participants of various backgrounds.
- Experience responding to emotionally dysregulated behaviour.
- Experienced and understanding of complex Autism.
- Experienced with complex mental health.
- Qualifications in mental health or similar

**Essential Criteria**:

- Right to work in Australia
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working With Children's Check
- Driver’s License
- Own Car with Comprehensive Insurance
- Qualification in Mental Health or similar
- Experience with Mental health support

**Location: Dulwich Hill, NSW**

**Immediate start**

**Casual position**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $40.26 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS Screening Check (required)
- Police check (preferred)
