Superintendent

We are looking for a talented **Superintendent** who can provide a high level of technical expertise and knowledge to our projects.
- Provide technical leadership, general assistance and guidance to the team
- Ensure that any client issues, needs, disputes are promptly communicated to the Senior Construction & Contracts Engineer and as applicable, the Project Leader.
- Proactively anticipate clients’ needs and provide recommendations on measures to improve project outcomes.
- Superintend Works under Contract (WUC), typically in accordance with AS4000 or AS2124 Construction Contracts (or any client alternative Contract), across a number of land development and/or civil infrastructure projects

The position would suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:

- Experience as a contract administrator on civil infrastructure projects.
- Civil Engineering Degree or suitable Diploma Level qualification with a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
- Proven knowledge of the construction techniques and processes associated with road, bulk earthworks, intersection, pipe drainage, and trunk drainage, and other civil infrastructure works.
