**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Preparing detailed shop drawings using **Pytha 3D CAD software**:

- Interpreting architectural drawings and joinery schedules
- Producing CNC-ready files and communicating with the production team
- Liaising with project managers, clients, and factory staff to clarify and resolve design issues
- Working across a variety of projects including retail stores, restaurants, pubs, and clubs
- Supporting continuous improvement in documentation and drafting standards

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proficiency in **Pytha 3D CAD** software (minimum 2 years experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of joinery construction and materials (timber, veneer, laminate, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Experience in commercial fitouts/shopfitting highly regarded
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
