**ABOUT FRASER’S GAMSAT & INTERVIEWS**

**OVERVIEW OF ROLE: GAMSAT and / or Interviews Private Tutor**

Fraser's GAMSAT & Interviews is seeking passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Private Tutors. In this role, you will work closely with students preparing for the GAMSAT exam and medical school interviews (MMI and panel), delivering high-quality, one-on-one tutoring tailored to each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Tutors are expected to provide insightful feedback, teach effective strategies for Section I, II, and III of the GAMSAT, and coach students through mock interviews with a focus on communication, critical thinking, and ethical reasoning.

Commitment: 5-15 hours per week. This will vary depending on demand from our GAMSAT & Interviews students.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Have strong availability to teach during weeknights & weekends
- Have experience in GAMSAT and / or Interviews Tutoring with a high level of proficiency
- Preferably undertaken the GAMSAT and / or Medical School Interviews, and performed highly, however, this is not necessary. If from a non-medical background, proficiency in an area of specialty relevant to the GAMSAT & Interviews is preferable. (Eg: higher level studies in education)

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Experience in GAMSAT and / or Interviews tutoring
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and ability to convey content succinctly and clearly
- Have an understanding on individualised teaching - all students learn slightly differently and you must be willing and able to adapt your teaching style to suit them

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
