We are seeking someone passionate about ministry to Youth & Young Adults to further develop and grow our ministry with these communities as we invest in the next generation.

We are committed to the mission of “Building Lives for Christ”: seeing God’s people encouraged to know Jesus, to grow to be like him, and grow in their desire to serve him, his people, and the world.

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. It involves working alongside our current team of youth leaders as well as discipling our Young Adults. Areas of ministry responsibility include (but not limited to):

- developing and overseeing our Friday night Youth program (Platform) as well as a program of discipleship for senior high youth;
- Teaching weekly Scripture at Balgowlah Boys High;
- Building up our young adults;
- Monitoring intentional pathways at the key transition points during & post-High School to ensure young adults are cared for after High School;
- Developing further opportunities to connect and engage with youth and their families in Seaforth and its surrounds.
