Must have 5 years minimum experience on Angle Board or Rewind Machines
- Sets, adjusts and monitors substrate feed systems, delivery mechanisms, inking systems if fitted and other printing & machine functions
- Loads and unloads materials into Angle Board, Rewind or Print Machines as required and monitors inventory of printing, paper supplies and materials
- Mixes glues and solvents to standard and regulates supply during runs
- Monitors, evaluates and determines press operations manually and by computer (PLC) to check quality standards against instructions and detects malfunctions
- Undertakes maintenance, adjustment, repair and cleaning of machines
- Operating Angle board and /or Rewind Machines
- Setting and adjusting slitting knives
- Valid forklift license required
- Operating forklift grab to lift paper reels up to 3 tonnes
- Ability to safely lift up to 25kg and work in standing position for extended periods
- Must have right to work in Australia
- Strong commitment to workplace safety procedures and willingness to complete safety training
- Salary includes overtime and shift allowances
