Partnership Specialist

**Full time **position based in** Hurstville, **however some work will need to be conducted in the** Wollongong** area.
- $33.68ph - $36.11ph + Super + Salary Packaging

**Duties**
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders, build referral networks and, direct consumer engagements to help grow our Carer Gateway program
- Generate positive client outcomes with your ability to navigate the Carer Gateway service seamlessly, promote our services and advocate for our organisation
- Create, distribute and maintain content and information packs regarding the service to inform consumers, referral agencies and stakeholder panels

- Entry level applicants with existing stakeholder contacts considered
- A passion for helping Carers live their best lives while they support a loved one to have a better quality of life.
- Knowledge of referral networks, government departments and key stakeholders relevant to the Carer Gateway
- Understanding of the opportunities and challenges of the social service sectors
- Knowledge and skills in relationship building with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to represent the Carer Gateway program positively and be able to articulate the benefits of the program to increase referrals
