With various areas requiring reliable new team members, depending on your previous experience and skill sets, you could find yourself doing any of the following activities:

- Trimming, cutting, boning and slicing
- Cleaning and sterilizing work areas and equipment

**Hourly Rates**:
Casual rates starting from $29.10, Morning shifts (starting at 5am) and Afternoon shifts (starting at 2.30pm).
- Learner/Boner/Slaughterman $29.10-$32.59
- Slicer - one cut $35.15-$39.37
- Slicer - all cuts $37.75-$42.28
- On the chain - keeping up to chain speed Boner/Slaughter person $39.99-$44.79

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Meat Slicer/Boner
- Pass a Pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol test
- Q-Fever vaccinated or willing to receive the vaccination
