An exciting opportunity has become available for an IT Service Desk Technician to join our high performing team in Cooma. If you pride yourself on your excellent customer focus and ability to problem solve and multitask then this role will be suited to you. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the management of IT incidents and requests for over 600 employees and contractors across our generation assets throughout NSW, VIC and SA. You will thrive working in a dynamic and agile environment.

**What our typical day looks like**:
Provide 1st and 2nd level support as part of the Service Desk team to users across the entire business

Communicating clearly, taking ownership of resolving issues and fulfilling requests, maintaining a high level of customer service

Deployment of new Laptops, PC's, mobiles, tablets, printers and other technology across the business

Maintaining internal documentation, including procedures, processes and asset registers

Regular travel to regional sites to provide support

**To be successful in this position you will ideally have**:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a vast array of ICT Applications, Systems and Processes that include

ITIL processes and procedures

Ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar)

Support of Windows 10 and ChromeOS environments

Microsoft Active Directory Administration

Knowledge and experience of consumer devices including iOS and Android operating systems

Wide knowledge of Google and Microsoft suite of products

Previous experience in an ICT role providing 1st and 2nd level support in a Service Desk environment

Engage with customers in remote operational locations, requiring strong written and verbal communication

Demonstrated ability to manage own workload within a Service Desk environment as part of a high performing team

Sound analytical skills with the ability to identify service improvements and provide solutions

Current Australian Drivers licence
