We are seeking an enthusiastic People & Culture Manager to join this rewarding team. The overall purpose of this position is to lead and support People & Culture objectives to contribute to the achievement of the organisation purpose and deliver on strategic outcomes.

An overview of the role:

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and culture of the organisation.
- Up to date knowledge of the latest Fair Work, NES, and Modern Award frameworks, including being adept at interpreting changes and identifying their implications for the business.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all locations where the company operates, including industrial relations matters.
- Manage employee relations issues.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Team, the successful People & Culture Manager is required to effectively build the people and culture capability of the organisation.

The position also has a key role as ambassador for organisational culture and values, ensuring they are visible, embedded and upheld.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a professional disposition are absolutely essential for this varied exciting role. Your effective organisational skills and ability to deal with conflicting priorities and deadlines will see you in successfully hitting the ground running in this fast paced fun, friendly and social environment.
