Area General Manager

We're searching for a seasoned **Area Manager or a thriving General Manager **within the more boutique-style hotel, estate and resort properties.
As the Area General Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of properties in the vibrant outskirts of Melbourne and deep into the Victorian countryside.
Reporting directly to the COO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategies, managing budgets, and mapping out road maps for your area's success.
**What we're looking for**:
- **Proven experience as an Area Manager or General Manager, preferably within boutique-style properties.**:
- **A genuine love for creating memorable wining and dining experiences.**:
- **Dedication to maintaining high customer service standards within the rooms division and accommodation sector.**:
- **Exceptional organisational skills for orchestrating events and function bookings across the properties.**:
- **Ability to inspire and motivate your team, fostering a culture of success and development.**:
- **Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and share successes effectively.**
In return, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000, plus bonuses. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact, lead with innovation, and drive growth in one of Melbourne's most exciting hospitality areas.
Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
